I offer clients the option of 60 or 90-minute in-person sessions, and integrate mindfulness, somatic psychology techniques, and body awareness in to each session. I feel I'm a better therapist when in-person, and I'm happy to provide referrals to other therapists if you're seeking online sessions.
If therapy is going well, it's not just about the hour or so we're in session. Growth happens in and out of the therapy room and I encourage emails or phone conversations that may help you process outside of our sessions.
